NBA: Referees will be clamping down on groin hits come 2016-2017 NBA season.

Draymond Green goes for Steve Adams balls.

The referees in the NBA will be keeping a close watch on the kind of hits to the groin area that resulted in Draymond Green's suspension during the NBA Finals.

Surely, this guy likes the balls area.

It's no news now that the Warriors power forward hit the groin area of two players during last postseason, Steven Adams of OKC and Lebron James of the Cavs. Perhaps, he could be responsible for causing the league to take this action.

The hits to the groin area have been termed "unnatural acts" by the league and were a point of emphasis during the NBA referees preseason meetings and training camp this week.

The NBA senior Vice President of replay and referee operations, Joe Borgia, said players are no longer just swinging their arms in attempt to draw a foul when taking a shot.

"Now all of sudden legs are coming out in different directions at weird times, they are coming higher,"

He said:

"Well, for the protection of players, we're going to stop it."

Guess we can credit Green for making the jobs of the NBA referees more difficult.

NBA: Can Kwahi Leonard lead the new generation of Spurs?

Kwahi Leonard is one of the top two-way players in the NBA.

It's no secret that San Antonio Spurs are entering a new era of basketball. Following a disappointing loss to Oklahoma City Thunder in the postseason after stringing up impressive victories during the regular season to finish second behind Golden State Warriors in the western conference, Spurs icon Tim Duncan decided to end his career.

With age catching up with the 'Big three', could Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker be heading into their last NBA season after the retirement of Tim Duncan?

With Timmy having retired, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker at the tail end of their careers, the onus seems to fall on Kwahi Leonard to lead the Spurs but then, those he have the qualities to deliver NBA Championships to the Spurs faithfuls?

At the age of 25, Kwahi has already racked up many career highlights and awards. He won the NBA Championship with the Spurs in 2014 and was named the NBA Finals most valuable player. He is a two-time NBA defensive player of the year, having won in 2015 and 2016. Also, he is an NBA All-Star.

Moving forward, can Kwahi Leonard replicate the successes the Spurs had in the era of the "Big three"?

WWE: Who wins the WWE World Championship at Backlash later tonight?

Will the Lunatic Fringe prevail over the Phenomenal One at Backlash later tonight?

The WWE World Championship will be up for grabs later tonight at Backlash, the first pay-per-view to be hosted by Smackdown Live. Dean Ambrose will have his title on the line against the self proclaimed "The face that runs the place" AJ Styles who defeated John Cena at Summerslam to earn that tag.

The Phenomenal One won the opportunity to face the Lunatic Fringe after an impressive victory over the Cenation leader without the help of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson who were both drafted to Raw.

AJ Styles defeated Dolph Ziggler to prevent the match at Backlash from being a triple threat match.

Styles further ensured that the title match would remain a one-on-one contest by defeating Dolph Ziggler on the Aug. 23 edition of Smackdown Live.

The leader of the Club has strung up some impressive victories lately but is yet to face anyone like Dean Ambrose whose confidence has grown in leaps and bounds since winning the title against his former Shield brothers in a triple threat match at Battleground. The Lunatic Fringe's confidence was evident as he made quick work of Ziggler at Summerslam in his title defense.

Who do you think will prevail tonight?

WWE: Where is Luke Harper of the Wyatt family?

Luke Harper has been on the road to recovery from a torn ACL.

Unconsciously or consciously, this question has been in the mind of wrestling fans.

The WWE Superstar has been undergoing rehabilitation for months following a knee surgery he underwent due to a torn ACL. Harper suffered the injury on March 21st in a dark main event on Raw that featured the Wyatt family against Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler and Sami Zayn.

News has it that he is scheduled to report at the WWE performance center this week to be evaluated, if he will be medically cleared to compete again, according to PWInsider.

Definitely, Luke Harper is one of the hottest undrafted superstars in WWE.  With his return imminent, the question will be, which of the brands will be acquiring the Wyatt family member?

The Wyatt family brought the "fear factor" to WWE.

With the Wyatt family no longer a consolidated faction, Harper has the opportunity to showcase his talent as a single athlete.

WWE: Rematch of Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton slated for September 24.

Brock Lesnar hit Randy Orton with his signature maneuver F5 at Summerslam.

All you wrestling fans should make sure you have 24th of September marked in your diary because history wouldn't be kind on y'all if you miss the rematch of Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton.

You would think that Orton should have learnt his lesson after The Beast incarnate who am thinking, thought the fight at Summerslam was been held in the Octagon at UFC, busted his head open which required about 10 staples but certainly not, The Apex Predator only listens to those voices in his head.

The 12-time World Champion took to twitter to apprise the WWE universe of his rematch with Lesnar.

With the beat down meted out to The Viper at Summerslam, what are your expectations about the rematch? Will The Viper prevail over The Beast incarnate or will Brock Lesnar deliver a successive beat down?
